I have this written out in my homeschool folder. (I will be posting pictures of that very soon) I might add a few things through the years, but I have really stuck to these for all 9 years I have been homeschooling.
I have a great set of forms that I have created for this purpose HERE It includes Goal forms, plus many more helpful homeschooling forms.

This is great!
I love the idea of creating a mission statement for your homeschool.
Love your goals Heidi… I’ve been homeschooling for the last 14 years and I’ve never written a Mission Statement… We call our homeschool Island School too… How funny. Someday we’ll have to meet. Seems we have much in common!
I really enjoyed this goal list! I am currently working on a mission statement for our family as we’re doing pre-K this year.
